Chandeliers too low

Flippers sometimes don't consider actually living in a home as they replace, repaint, and refurbish. This can lead to homes that aren't well suited to people walking around in them.
This home had a chandelier that I could bump my head on, and I'm only 5'8".
We don't just look for chandeliers you could literally run into; we check to see if lights have been installed above closet shelves. Lights in closets aren't inherently dangerous, but incandescent bulbs can hit temperatures of 300 degrees. Imagine what could happen if a superheated light bulb was too close to a shelf that had your fluffiest sweaters!
Lights that are too low or too close can be an inconvenience, but they can also be a safety risk.
Schedule an inspection with Bee's, and we'll check your house for all this and more!
